Cancellation Policy

Your deposit is non-refundable. However, we do allow date changes with at least 24 hours notice of your scheduled class. Please manage your booking online or contact us to help you. If you need to cancel due to illness or another circumstance that is covered by your travel insurance policy, we suggest you contact your policyholder to enquire about a claim. Frankie's Bar & Grill reserves the right to cancel a class for any reason. If your class is cancelled, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for another available date (whichever is your preference). Frankie's Bar & Grill takes no responsibility for individual guests' consumption of alcohol. Please monitor your consumption and choose safe transport options. Promotional Photography - We love capturing special moments from our events! Photos taken during the class may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you’d rather not be included, just let one of our team members know when you arrive - we completely understand.
